Amit Davé - CEO
Grounded in technology, Amit Davé has worked for a number of Internet startup
companies. He is the former Director of Quality Assurance for SenseNet, Inc.,
an Internet company. His other work has led him to create and consult on web based
applications for RCN, Robert DeNiro, Warner Brothers, The Sloan Kettering Institute,
VOTE.COM, the recently acquired Yourday.com, and many others. His managerial skills
and business training allow him the flexibility to communicate with his client
base and employees on a technical and business level. Amit received a B.S. in
IS/Finance from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
Stephen Bischoff - CFO
Stephen Bischoff comes from a financial background. Most recently, he worked at PaineWebber where he
reported to the senior vice president of investments. Before that, Stephen worked at AT&T in the
accounting and finance department where he acted as the company liaison to resellers. Stephen attended
Syracuse University where he earned a B.A. in economics. While at Syracuse he participated on the
varsity crew team and took second place at the prestigious Head of the Charles, a multi-national
regatta.
