Screenvision, the worldwide leader in cinema advertising, has exclusive contracts with over 54% of theatres. This means Screenvision generates a lot of proposals. And their advertising extends well beyond the screen into popcorn bags, ceiling danglers, standees, exit samples, etc.
Screenvision came to Dabisoft asking for a system that would allow their sales staff to quickly pitch these products to their clients--leaders in the global economy (Ford, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Samsung…). The pieces they place in front of their clients must be visually stunning, as well as easy for the sales staff to create.
Dabisoft created the Proposal Generation System (PGS) and customized it for Screenvision. This tool takes a series of input from the sales staff across the US and generates a proposal, tailored to the product and client the Screenvision rep is pitching.
The result surpassed Screenvisions wildest expectations. At Screenvision's March Sales meeting in New York, several people were promoted citing the Proposal Generation System as a key time-saver allowing sales-support staff to take on more responsibilities.
Dabisoft has been working with Screenvision on various other applications and designs. Dabisoft provides key support to Screenvision in both the technical and graphic-design arenas. With the unique needs of a media company in a growing niche, Screenvision's projects are always innovative and exciting.
Dabisoft is currently building/extending an intranet solution for Screenvision based on Dabisoft's File Manager technology.
