deutsche post global mail interactive kiosk

Interactive, Fun, Enticing, Effective...

Deutsche Post Global Mail's interactive kiosk, created for trade shows across the US drew hundreds of players and resulted in a unique experience for booth visitors. The 90 second game educates visitors about the spectacular delivery times of Deutsche Post Global Mail, and gives the user a chance to win a Compaq Ipaq PDA.

Development

When Brouillard Communications needed a way to retain booth visitors for the larger Deutsche Post Global Mail trade shows, they came to Dabisoft to develop an interactive kiosk. One that would not only educate trade show visitors, but increase the time people spend in the booths--all to generate worthwhile leads, and leave a lasting impression of the company.

The game was developed entirely in FLASH. Dabisoft choose to use touch screen technology to increase the users' involvement. Our graphic designers created a game consistent with the Deutsche Post branding guidelines. Dabisoft pushed the limits of FLASH to develop a fun and interactive game that met the tremendous expectations set forth by Deutsche Post and Brouillard.

Results

In Atlantic City, Deutsche Post received the highest number of leads it had generated from its US trade shows. "People walked away with an experience, and that leaves an impression...[and] the winners of the Compaq Ipaq will never forget the excitement of winning".

The game travels to all the major Deutsche Post Global Mail trade shows. To date, 30 Ipaq Handhelds have been given away.
