The Project
Generating accounts is Citibank's core business. To open an account an individual must obtain a multi-page form for that particular account. The 7 forms are designed, maintained, modified, and kept in compliance by Dabisoft.
Citibank needs to gather a wealth of information from its potential customers, so it can quickly approve and activate accounts, mortgages, and other loans for individuals. Citibank needed a company that has the ability to put forth the effort needed to ensure that its applications are up to government regulations, designed to maximize space, and as easy as possible for its potential customers to fill out. They called on Dabisoft.
Graphic Design: Usability is a feature that extends well beyond the Internet. Manually filling out a form can be harder than doing it electronically. There is limited space and color is sparse in print, especially if the form is printed on an individual's home printer.
